ABOUT THE BLOG
I work as a Software Engineer and I really enjoy my job. But I spent the best part of the five days of a week doing only this. There is also a lot of other things I would like to do with that time while I am still young. If I follow the road well travelled, I will retire at an age of around 70, and a lot of my plans might be out of reach.
I am currently 31 and I want to make a plan to retire at a relatively young age of 48. That give me 17 years. I am willing to do the research and create a plan that can help me achieve this. I plan to use this blog to document this process, so I can assess the progress as well as share with others my failures and successes.
